This is a fungal disease called Heuchera rust and if it is left it will eventually kill your plants. Remove and dispose of any badly affected leaves and apply sprays of Rosegarde from Vitax or Fungus Fighter Plus from Bayer. Just follow the directions on the carton and they should bring this fungus under control.
