Spinach and Ricotta Tart


Fresh garden spinach meets creamy ricotta in this light and savoury tart, ideal for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 150g spinach
  • 150g ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Wilt spinach, mix with ricotta, egg, and seasoning. Spread on pastry and bake 25–30 minutes.

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Storage: Refrigerate 2 days; serve warm or cold.
