Move this plant in the Autumn or in the Spring. These plants have their major surge of growth in late-spring. If you can move it before this growth spurt it will tend to establish well in its new surrounding. Stake it to prevent wind rock and keep it well watered. Although this plant is ericaceous it can be grown in a soil with lime present.
