Home > Question >

How can I kill ivy growing under a privet hedge?

Our Advice:

Clip the ivy to remove as many leaves as possible, then let it re-grow until the new leaves are emerging and growing well. Treat this new growth with Superfast Long Lasting Weedkiller from Neudorff. The soft, young leaves will absorb the chemical more quickly, killing the ivy down into the roots. Take care not to get any chemical on the privet hedge.
