Roasted Cabbage Steaks


Autumn cabbage slices roasted with olive oil and seasoning make a simple, tasty side.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small cabbage, sliced into steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika

Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush cabbage slices with oil, season, roast 20–25 minutes until golden.

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Storage: Best fresh; fridge 1–2 days.
