Oxford UNESCO World Heritage Site and tourist attraction, Blenheim Palace, has announced the launch of an all-new autumnal visitor experience. Starting on select dates from Saturday 6th September until the end of October, visitors can enjoy a scenic guided tractor trailer ride around the wider estate at Britain's Greatest Palace.
Estate Tractor & Trailer Tour tickets are £5 per person (under 3's are free of charge) and available to purchase online and onsite, subject to availability. During select weekends in September and October four tours will be running per day (11am, 12pm, 2pm and 3pm) starting and finishing at the main Flagstaff entrance to Blenheim Palace.
The unique 45-minute guided journey features notable highlights including the Cedar of Lebanon tree which film fans will recognise as the Harry Potter tree in the Order of the Phoenix, the Ancient and Veteran Oaks of High Park, Bladon Bridge and much more.
Rachel Furness‑Smith, Head of Estates said: “What most visitors don’t realise is that beyond the Palace, its grounds and Formal Gardens, our total Estate extends a further 10,000 acres. These tractor tours are the perfect opportunity to explore a little off the beaten path, and find out more about our history, parkland, incredible wildlife and the stunning countryside that surrounds us.”
