Weber Q1000 Gas Grill Barbecue
The lightweight design of the grill is another aspect that users find appealing. Its portability makes it easy to transport and set up in different locations, whether it's in the backyard, on a camping trip, or at a tailgate party. This feature adds to the convenience and versatility of the Q1000 Gas Grill, allowing users to enjoy their favourite grilled dishes wherever they go.
However, some users have expressed concerns about the cost of gas canisters. While the grill itself may be reasonably priced, the ongoing expense of purchasing gas canisters can add up over time. This aspect can be a drawback for users who grill frequently or for extended periods. Additionally, the absence of a temperature gauge on the grill makes it challenging for users to monitor and control the cooking temperature accurately. Some users would appreciate the inclusion of a built-in gauge to ensure precise cooking results.
Another consideration mentioned by users is the initial cost of the Q1000 Gas Grill. While it offers several convenient features and a durable construction, the price point may be higher compared to other grills on the market. This aspect can make the grill less accessible for budget-conscious users who are seeking a more affordable option.
What Owners Think
Looks like a well made study piece of kit. Only time will tell. It seems as though it's limited to the small portable gas containers which may not be the most economic way to fuel it.
Heats up quite evenly across the grate. Simple to operate and clean. Is it the best portable grill on the market thatll last a long time? Probably yes. Is it worth the money? I dont think so.
I was looking for a quality portable gas bbq and the Q1000 ticked most boxes. The improvements that could be made are a replaceable foil liner to make internal cleaning easier and a little more distance between the burner and grill plates to allow fat deflector plates to be fitted to reduce flame flare ups. Overall its a good item at an excellent price.
