Apple and Cinnamon Porridge

Use crisp autumn apples in a warming porridge breakfast flavoured with cinnamon.
Ingredients:
50g oats
200ml milk or water
1 apple, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey

Cook oats in milk/water, stir in apple and cinnamon, simmer 5-7 minutes. Drizzle honey and serve.
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Storage: Refrigerate 1 day; reheat gently.
