Combine late summer courgettes and tomatoes with pasta and cheese for a warming bake.

Cook pasta, saut vegetables, mix with pasta, top with cheese, bake 20 minutes at 180°C.
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Storage: Fridge 2-3 days; reheat before serving.
