Pea and Ham Pasta


Sweet garden peas and leftover ham make a comforting late summer pasta dish.

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 150g peas
  • 100g ham, diced
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Cook pasta, add peas and ham, stir in cream, season, and serve warm.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Storage: Fridge 2 days; best fresh.
