Cheers to a Herby Easter


Spring is in the air, and Easter is just around the corner! It's time to start planning your Easter celebrations, and what better way to toast to the season than with a delicious herb-inspired cocktail?

In this newsletter, we're sharing some exciting Herb-Inspired Easter Cocktail ideas you can make with fresh herbs from your garden or purchased from our herb plant nursery. Whether you prefer a classic gin fizz with a lavender twist or a refreshing cucumber dill Collins, we've got you covered! These cocktails are perfect for sipping on while celebrating with family and friends. So, let's raise a glass and cheers to a happy and herb-filled Easter! Lavender Gin Fizz

Combine gin, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, and club soda. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender.

Rosemary Margarita

Combine tequila, fresh lime juice, rosemary syrup, and triple sec.

Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Sage Negroni

Combine gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari with a dash of sage-infused simple syrup.

Stir with ice and garnish with a fresh sage leaf.

Cucumber Dill Collins

Muddle cucumber and fresh dill in a shaker. Add vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice.

Top with club soda and garnish with a cucumber slice and fresh dill.

Thyme and Grapefruit Paloma

Combine tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, thyme syrup, and club soda.

Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and a grapefruit wedge.
