Gardena SILENO minimo 250 Robotic Mower
Users have found that the GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower SILENO minimo initially impresses with its efficient grass-cutting capabilities and intuitive setup via the GARDENA Bluetooth App. It operates quietly at just 57db(A), ensuring minimal disturbance during operation. The CorridorCut feature enables agile navigation through narrow spaces and tight corners, enhancing its maneuverability. Additionally, users appreciate its ability to automatically adjust mowing schedules based on grass growth and weather conditions, providing hands-free lawn maintenance.

However, over time, some users have experienced reliability issues, such as the mower failing to start after two years, even with a battery replacement. Connectivity problems with iPhones and unreliable Bluetooth connections have also been reported, often requiring manual intervention for operation. Furthermore, the mower struggles with inclines, particularly gradients exceeding 10 degrees, limiting its use on uneven terrain. Disappointments with customer service have compounded these issues, with delays and inadequate support in resolving technical faults, leaving users frustrated with unresolved issues.

What Owners Think

Working as expected, but could not connect to iPhone, connected only to Samsung. The bluetooth connection is absolute rubbish, aways disconnects, need to enter pincode on the machine itself. Doesn't climb even a small hill (10 degree is a challenge for it). Otherwise it does its job well.

Bit of a pain to set up the border wire but a fantastic product since. Instructions could have been clearer

I bought this less than two years ago, initially it worked well, even if you do have to help it around the garden a bit. Then it stopped working completely, it took the support team over a month to replace the battery and test it, only to send the mower back still not working. complete waste of time!
