Cabbage and Apple Slaw


Fresh autumn cabbage and garden apples combine in a crunchy, tangy slaw perfect for lunch or sides.

Ingredients:

  • 200g cabbage, shredded
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Mix cabbage and apple, stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasoning. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Storage: Refrigerate 2–3 days.
