Autumn kale combined with potatoes and cheese makes a hearty, warming bake.
Ingredients:
200g kale, chopped
400g potatoes, sliced
100g grated cheddar
2 tbsp cream

Layer potatoes and kale in a baking dish, drizzle with cream, sprinkle cheese, bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Storage: Fridge 2 days; reheat before serving.
