Are violas affected by the wind?

Violas can be sensitive to strong winds, which can cause the flowers and leaves to become damaged or broken. To protect your violas from the wind, consider planting them in a sheltered spot, such as near a fence or wall, or using a windbreak such as a row of shrubs or a garden screen.
