How do I transplant my geraniums?

Our Advice:

To transplant your geraniums, wait until after the last frost and choose a sunny location with well-draining soil. Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball of the plant, and add a layer of compost or fertiliser to the bottom of the hole. Gently remove the plant from its container and place it in the hole, making sure the soil level is even with the surrounding ground. Water the plant thoroughly and mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
