Why are my violas not doing well in the shade?

Our Advice:

Violas generally prefer cooler temperatures, but they still need some sunlight to grow and thrive. If your violas are not doing well in the shade, they may not be getting enough light. Try moving them to a sunnier spot, or trimming back any overhanging branches or foliage that may be blocking the sunlight.
