Raspberry canes grow better in a soil which is slightly acidic with lots of organic matter. The leaves can show pale green markings between the veins indicating a lack of iron and magnesium. Keep the canes well watered and apply Sequestered Iron Plant Tonic from Vitax or Camellia and Rhododendron feed from Miracle-Gro.
