Could tell me why my pot grown hostas do not flower?

Our Advice:

If the plants have healthy green foliage, it may be a sign that the plants are busy making roots rather than sending up flowers or that the compost is rich in nitrogen (which favours leaf growth at the expense of flowers). Next spring, try feeding the plants with a weak solution of tomato feed every 10 to 14 days to encourage them to flower.
