Why has my honeyberry bush never flowered or fruited?

Our Advice:

Honeyberry (Lonicera caerulea) flowers in late winter and very early spring when there are few pollinating insects. Try hand pollinating the flowers with a small, soft paint brush. There is a much better chance of pollination if several bushes are close together
