How can I get rid of brambles and nettles?

Our Advice:

Cut the stems of the brambles down to ground level. When the new growth is about 10 cm spray with SBK Brushwood Killer (Vitax) or Superfast, Longlasting Weedkiller (Neudorff). Thw chemical will be absorbed by the soft, new growth and attack the roots, but several applications will be needed for well established weeds.
