How do I support my sweet pea plants?

Our Advice:

Sweet pea plants can grow quite tall and require support to prevent them from toppling over. Install a trellis, netting or other support system before planting the seeds or seedlings. As the plants grow, gently tie them to the support using garden twine or plant ties.
