My dragon plant has white spots on its leaves. What can I do?

Our Advice:

From your description we suspect your dragon plant (Dracaena marginata) is suffering from an attack of either brown scale insects or mealy bugs. The best controls are Bug Clear Ultra from Scott's or Resolva Bug Killer from Westland, which will kill these insects as they feed on your plant. Follow the instructions on the carton.
