What causes black spots on the leaves of a false castor oil plant?

Our Advice:

Your Fatsia has leaf spot, a fungus similar to grey mould that is spread by water splashes. Trim off affected leaves and spray new leaves with Systhane Fungus Fighter from Bayer or Fungus Clear Ultra from Scott's to keep them free from infection.
