What is making the swollen yellow blisters on my box leaves?

Our Advice:

This is probably box leaf miner feeding inside the leaves. If it’s just on a few leaves, pick them off. You can spray affected plants with Resolva Bug Killer (Westland) or Bug Clear Ultra (Evergreen) to kill the grubs.
