How deep should I plant Dahlia tubers?

💡 Our Advice
Ideally tubers should be planted 10-15cm deep. To get the best results mix plenty of organic matter such as well-rotted manure into the planting hole beforehand. This will help to hold moisture during the summer. As you finish planting mix a small amount of a general purpose fertiliser with the soil, and water the area well to settle the soil.
