Is my climbing Dipladenia hardy?

Our Advice:

This plant is also called Mandevilla or Sundevilla, and they originate from South America. They are not frost hardy and should be grown in a conservatory or greenhouse which is heated in the winter. These plants can be stood out on a warm patio or deck from late may until mid September, but must come inside for winter.
