How can I stop the leaves on my prayer plant turning brown?

Our Advice:

Maranta prefers to grow in partial shade and dislikes dry air, which can make the leaves turn brown. Make sure the plant is out of direct sunlight and stand the pot on a saucer of pebbles, then water into the saucer so that moisture can evaporate up around the leaves.
