How can I stop worms making a mess on my lawn?

💡 Our Advice
Cast-forming worms usually prefer a soil with free lime in it and a soil pH above 6.5-7.0, so lowering the pH of the soil can help discourage worm activity. Treating the lawn with Sulphur Lawn from Greenacres Horticultural Supplies or Cast Clear from the Lawn Company acidifies the soil and drives the worms away. These need to be applied when the worms are active (usually in spring and autumn) and are 100% organic.
