What causes black spots on Photinia leaves?

Our Advice:

This is leaf spot fungal disease. Control it with Systhane Fungus Fighter from Bayer and apply a fertiliser like Seaweed with Sequestered Iron from Vitax, as leaf spot is worse on underfed plants.
