What causes orange spots on the leaves of a Rose of Sharon bush?

💡 Our Advice
Rose of Sharon (Hypericum calycinum) will thrives in most areas, but can suffer from fungal rust, especially if it is grown in hot, dry conditions. Spray with Fungus Fighter Plus (Bayer) or Bug and Fungus Killer (Doff), from spring onwards. Regular watering in dry weather will help.
