When should I remove the flower stem from my urn plant?

💡 Our Advice
You can cut the old flower stalk off as soon as it starts to shrivel. The flower stem and the rosette it originated from will gradually shrivel and die anyway. This will be replaced by a new rosette growing from beside the dying one, which will produce the next flower.
