Underwatering: If the soil is too dry, this can cause the leaves to wilt. Make sure the soil is moist but not waterlogged and water the plants regularly.
Overwatering: If the soil is too wet or the drainage is poor, this can also cause the leaves to wilt. Make sure the soil is well-draining and that any excess water is able to drain away.
Root damage: If the roots are damaged or compromised in any way, this can lead to wilting. Make sure the plants are not being damaged by pests or diseases, and avoid damaging the roots when transplanting.
Heat stress: Pansies do nottolerate extreme heat, so if they are exposed to high temperatures for prolonged periods of time, this can cause wilting. Provide some shade or protection from the sun during the hottest part of the day.
