Why do my outdoor cyclamen keep wilting, even when the compost is damp?

💡 Our Advice
Probably a root problem, such as vine weevil larvae, which will eat away the roots so the plant gradually dies. Water the compost with Bug Clear Ultra Vine Weevil Killer from Scott's to kill them off. Mulching the pots with gravel discourages the adults from laying eggs in the compost.
