Why has my variegated Daphne shed all its leaves?

Our Advice:

To grow well, these plants prefer dappled shade and neutral to acid soil in a sheltered position. Protection from cold winds is important for good growth and flowers. Mulching around the base will help keep the roots cool and moist, but they hate being waterlogged which can cause root rots that may kill the bush.
