Is it still too early to plant Tomato plants outdoors?

💡 Our Advice
It is still a bit risky as we may get a late frost. If you have a sheltered spot where the soil is warm (10-12c) you could go ahead and plant them out. Make surer you have some frost protection at hand, cloches, low level polythene tunnels or fleece. Avoid the leaves coming into contact with the covering or they will be scorched.
