How I can get rid of the tiny flies in my house plants?

💡 Our Advice
These are sciarid flies, also known as fungus gnats. The adults are relatively harmless (though annoying), but the grubs feed on the young plant roots and can cause serious damage. The best controls are to drench the pots with PY Insecticide from Vitax or use a Plant Flycatcher sticky trap from Neudorff.
