How I can get rid annoying little flies in my house plants?

💡 Our Advice
These pests are sciarid flies, also known as fungus gnats. The adults are relatively harmless (though annoying), but the grubs feed on the young roots of plants and can cause serious damage. The best controls are to drench the pots with PY Insecticide from Vitax, or use a Plant Flycatcher sticky trap from Neudorff.
