How can I get rid of perennial weeds like docks and plantains?

Our Advice:

Cut the stems down and spray the new growth with SBK Brushwood Killer from Vitax or Superfast Long Lasting Weedkiller from Neudorff. This will be absorbed by the leaves and attack the underground roots, but several applications may be needed for established weeds.
