How can I get rid of wild ivy covering my fence?

Our Advice:

Cut the ivy down and then let it re-grow again until the shoots are about a 30cm (12 ins) long. Treat these with Resolva 24H Concentrate from Westland or Super Strength Glyphosate from Bayer. The young leaves will absorb more chemical and the ivy will die more quickly.
