How do I care for my begonia during the winter?

💡 Our Advice
Begonias are tropical plants and are sensitive to cold temperatures. During the winter months, it's important to keep begonias in a warm location, away from cold drafts or windows. Reduce watering and allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings, as the plant will not be actively growing. Fertilizer should also be reduced or stopped during this time.
