How do I prevent zinnias from flopping over?

💡 Our Advice
Zinnias can sometimes flop over or become top-heavy due to their tall, thin stems. To prevent this, you can plant them closer together to provide support, or you can use stakes or a trellis to prop them up. Pinching the plants back when they are young can also help promote bushier growth and stronger stems.
