This New Zealand native (Muehlenbeckia complexa) is frost hardy and can tolerate temperatures down to -5c. It can be grown as a climber or spreading over other plants in a border. Keep it in a cold greenhouse for the winter and plant it out in a warm, sheltered spot when the weather improves next spring.
