What are the red beetles eating my snakes head fritillary flowers?

💡 Our Advice
These are lily beetles and they can ruin your plants (Fritillaria is related to lily). Remove by hand or spray with Resolva Bug Killer from Westland or Bug Clear Ultra from Scott's as soon as you see the first signs of damage. These can give protection for several weeks, killing the beetles as they feed on the plants.
