Why is my Impatiens not blooming?

💡 Our Advice
The most common reason for lack of blooming in Impatiens is insufficient light. These plants prefer partial shade and may not bloom well if they are in full sun. Other factors that can affect blooming include overfertilization, underwatering, or infestations of pests such as spider mites or aphids. Pinching back the tips of the plant can also encourage branching and more blooms.
