Can I replant raspberries in the same soil?

💡 Our Advice
Yes, but wait at least a year. Remove the old canes and wait for any suckers or seedlings to emerge next spring, spray these with Neudorff Superfast, Long lasting Weedkiller or Vitax SBK Weedkiller. Add lots of well-rotted organic matter and replant with new canes next autumn. You could also add Rootgrow at planting time.
