How can I stop my climbing honeysuckle getting powdery mildew?

Honeysuckles often fall victim to powdery mildew especially in a dry period, but you can spray the whole plant with Fungus Fighter Plus from SMB/Bayer or Rosegarde from Vitax. Several applications may be be required to control this disease. This mildew is an indication that the plants roots are are dry, so keep it well watered.
