What is making holes in the leaves of my laurel hedge?

💡 Our Advice
This is shot hole, a bacterial disease which is worse in wet weather. Prune out affected branches then spray with Bordeaux mixture (Vitax) or Fruit & Vegetable Disease Control (Bayer). Spray in the spring to protect new leaves and again each time you trim the hedge.
