This is shot hole, Caused by a bacterial disease which is worse in wet weather, and often spread by water splashes. Prune out any badly affected branches and pick up and remove any fallen leaves, then spray with Copper mixture from Vitax. Follow up with sprays in spring to protect new leaves and again each time you trim the hedge.
