What is the white covering on the leaves of my strawberry plants?

Our Advice:

This is powdery mildew, and you can control it with sprays of Systhane Fungus Fighter from Bayer or 2-in-1 Pest and Disease control from Vitax. Keep the plants well watered, powdery mildew is often a sign that plants are stressed due to a lack of water.
